Darren Till
UFC 2015–present · rated in 2 editions · peak overall 83.0
Scouting report
Darren Till moved up to middleweight in late 2019 after his welterweight cut became unsustainable. His middleweight run included a technical five-round loss to former champion Robert Whittaker and a submission defeat to Derek Brunson, opponents who adjusted to his stance before he could land his left hand, though his 81 Overall rating held across both middleweight game editions. The punching mechanics that carried his welterweight career remained largely intact at 185 pounds.

Transitioning up to middleweight in November 2019 at UFC 244 in Madison Square Garden, Till put on a technical striking display to defeat former title challenger Kelvin Gastelum by split decision with counter-strikes and clinch knees. His tall frame, southpaw straight left hand, and muay thai distance control are reflected in an 87 Boxing and 84 Kickboxing.
Till dropped former champion Robert Whittaker with a left elbow in the first round of their July 2020 Fight Island bout, before Whittaker rallied to take a unanimous decision; Till then suffered a submission loss to Derek Brunson in Las Vegas. His southpaw counter-punching, low kicks, and striking distance management anchor his 86 Boxing and 83 Kickboxing.
